This was a derelict house with an empty shell. The client wanted a complete renovation with a loft conversion for additional room. The job consisted of new stud walls throughout the property, plastering throughout. A new kitchen, downstairs toilet, main bathroom and ensuite bathroom were fitted. Underfloor heating was installed. A handmade bespoke ash staircase was installed with a waxed finish. The loft conversion added another bedroom and office space. The house was fully decorated throughout to finish.
