The client wanted to renovate this property and James Hare Building had the idea to renovate the stone wall to make it a feature in the room. The bricks were cleaned, re-pointed and the result was outstanding. The rest of the room was fitted with new tiled wood effect flooring with under floor heating and the rest of the walls and ceiling re-plastered, lighting with other electrics fitted, plumbing to install heating and decorated.
